Personal history
Anne is an eighth generation Kentuckian who was raised on the family farm in Scott County, Kentucky. Anne was active in the 4-H horse program which has led to her continuing interest in the equine industry in Kentucky. She continues her 4-H affiliation by acting as the attorney to the board of the Jefferson County 4-H counsel.
